1invite puts a recurring meeting into everyone’s own calendar, at their own local time. It is run by 2morrow.ai, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. This page says what we keep, why, and who else touches it. Short version: we keep only what the meeting needs, we never sell it, we show no ads, and nobody gets an email from us unless a host invited them by email or something they care about changed.
If you host a meeting
- Your sign-in: your email address, name and Google account identifier, when you sign in with Google. We ask Google only for your basic profile and email, not your calendar. We use your address to tell you, and only you, when someone can’t make a date of your meeting or leaves it.
- Google Drive, only if you turn it on: to keep a folder for a meeting in your own Google Drive, we ask Google for access to the files 1invite creates there, and nothing else in your Drive. We keep that permission encrypted and use it only to write each date’s Doc with what the group shared. Disconnecting removes it, and your folders and Docs stay yours.
- Your meetings: title, dates and times, the place whose clock the meeting follows, the join link and passcode you paste, and the dates you move or cancel.
- The people you add: each name, the city you pick for them (so their local time is right) and, if you give one, their email address. We use that address to send them one email with their own invite link, from invite@1invite.app. It shows your sign-in email address so they can write to you; replies to the email itself aren’t read. You decide whether to add anyone; you are responsible for having a reason to add them.
- Who has it: whether each person opened their link, joined, and whether their calendar app has picked up the meeting (the time of the first and last check, and which calendar app it was: Apple, Google, Outlook or other).
If you were invited
- What the host gave us: your name, a city, and your email address if they added it. With an email address, you get one email with your own invite link. If you don’t add the meeting, you won’t hear from us again. Every such email has a “Never email me” link; after that we keep your address only to make sure we never email it again. When you add a meeting from such an email, it goes into one 1invite calendar for your address, so every meeting you say yes to arrives in the same calendar; we keep your address with that calendar for as long as it holds a meeting. If an invitation bounces, Amazon tells us and the host sees that the address didn’t work.
- Short-notice changes: once you have added the meeting, if a date in the next few days moves or is canceled and your host asks us to, we email you about that date, using the address the host gave us or the one you gave when joining. Each change is emailed once, and every such email has a “Never email me” link.
- What you type when you join: your name and, only if you give it, an email address for changes.
- Your time zone, from your browser, so the meeting shows at your local time.
- Your calendar checking in: each time your calendar app fetches your personal calendar link, we note the time and which kind of calendar app it is. That is how the host can see that you have the meeting. We do not see anything else in your calendar.
- Dates you skip, or that you left. The host sees both.
The host sees the names, cities and status of the people in their meeting. Other invitees do not see a list of who else is invited.
Your personal links
Your calendar link and your invite link work like keys: anyone who has them can see the meeting, and with the calendar link can skip dates or leave in your name. Don’t share them. We store only a scrambled form of each link, so a copy of our database alone can’t open anything.
Waiting list
If you ask to be notified, we keep your email address to tell you when you can host meetings, and for nothing else.
Technical data
To stop abuse we count requests per network address. We keep only a scrambled form of the address, for a short window. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. If you host, your browser keeps your sign-in so you stay signed in.
Who else handles it
- Vercel: hosting and the web address (United States).
- Supabase: the database and host sign-in (United States, us-east-1).
- Google: sign-in for hosts (only if you sign in with Google), and the host's own Google Drive when the host saves a meeting there.
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES): sending the invitation email to people a host adds with an email address, telling guests about a short-notice change when their host asks, and telling hosts when someone can't make a date or leaves (United States, us-east-2).
They process data for us under their own terms and security. Your calendar app (Apple, Google, Outlook or another) fetches your personal link; what it does with the meeting is governed by its own privacy policy. We don’t sell or rent personal data, and we don’t use it to train AI.
How long we keep it
Meeting data stays while the meeting runs. When a host ends a meeting, its future dates leave everyone’s calendar. Ask us at privacy@1invite.app to delete your data, or to see what we hold about you, and we will do it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
Children
1invite is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly keep their data.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top, and tell hosts in the app.
